Guard Tour System

To start a tour, the guard just needs to point the·GT1100 recorder at each designated checkpoint located throughout the premises. The recorder records the checkpoint, date and time.·Data recorded in the·recorder is then transferred to a computer via a downloader for processing and generate reports.

                                                               Keypad and EM Lock

DR1 is a basic solution for low budget standalone application. During entry, user will just need to enter their pin number on the keypad. Upon identity verification, the electromagnetic lock will release; allowing the door to be opened. During exit, users press the exit push button from the inside.

Green LED will blink with one beep sound to indicate correct pin. Red LED will blink with two beep sound to indicate invalid pin. Pin numbers are programmed into the reader via keypad. For future maintenance, it is recommended to keep a hard copy list of the user number and pin programmed into the reader.

DR2

 Proximity and EM Lock

DR2 is a solution for simple standalone low budget application. During entry, user will just need to flash their card in front of the reader and/or enter their pin number on the keypad. Upon identity verification, the electromagnetic lock will release; allowing the door to be opened. During exit, users press the exit push button from the inside.

Green LED will blink with one beep sound to indicate successful reading. Red LED will blink with two beep sound to indicate invalid reading. Card numbers are programmed into the reader via keypad. For future maintenance, it is recommended to keep a hard copy list of the user number, name and card number programmed into the reader. For ease of maintenance, it is recommended to add software so that all user profile can be stored in PC. Software allows easy add / edit / delete of user profile.

                                                           Card and EM Lock    

DR3 is a low cost solution for simple standalone budget application. During entry, user will just need to flash their card in front of the reader. Upon identity verification, the electromagnetic lock will release; allowing the door to be opened. During exit, users press the exit push button from the inside.


Green LED will blink with one beep sound to indicate successful reading. Red LED will blink with two beep sound to indicate invalid reading. Auto learning card enrollment by using master card, simple enrollment and no need programming. For future maintenance, it is recommended to keep the master card in a save place for future enrollment / delete card.

  

1)NO LIMIT SWITCH Uses smart motor counter to auto detect open/close position for higher accuracy and better stability. No more mechanical wear and tear which causes the arm to tilts up or down.

2)ARM SWING OUT
Arm will swing out when hit directly by vehicle (only Cocoon10& Cocoon30 straight arm) to avoid further damage on the vehicle.

3)ARM AUTO REVERSE
Built in smart collision detection technology allows arm to auto reverse when hit with an obstacle during closing to prevent further scratches & dents on the vehicle.
Optional photo beam allows arm to auto reverse earlier before hitting the vehicle.
Optional rubber lining to protect the vehicle from further damages.

European lever design ensure smooth opening arm and reliable consistence performance for years to come.


5) AC MOTOR
AC  motor is strong and powerful, can easily lift up even with additional signage installed on to the barrier arm. AC motor is maintenance free, as there is no carbon in the AC motor. Built in intelligent fan to cool the motor duing heavy usage.


6) MANUAL RELEASE
Manual release clutch can be conveniently unlocked to manually open or close the arm without removing the whole top cover or body housing. resulting in hassle free operation and all components inside the barrier body are safe from danger and vandalism.


7) STURDY HOUSING
Housing is made with 2.5mm thickness mild steel for EXTRA durability to support longer arm. Housing body is coated with epoxy paiint for weatherproof protection.


TRAFFIC LIGHT
Traffic light (red & green) can be added to futher enhance safety.
